Photoshop CS3 will be released in March?
According to information received from anonymous sources from Adobe, the next version of Photoshop may be released in March, along with the release of Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, reports the ThinkSecret website.
Currently, Adobe sends out test builds of Photoshop almost every week, diligently eliminating all noticed flaws, improving the stability and performance of the program. It is not known if Photoshop CS3 uses any technologies unique to Leopard, but there is another reason for the alignment of the release dates of Leopard and Photoshop – the opportunity for joint marketing campaigns between Apple and Adobe.
It is also unknown if the specified time is the release date of a new version of Photoshop, or the entire Adobe Creative Suite CS3.
By the way, according to senior analyst at Piper Jaffray, Gene Munster, the upcoming release of the Adobe CS3 package could lead to an increase in sales of Mac computers by 15%.
